1. Subscription Fees (SaaS Model)

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Customers (educational institutions) may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.2 Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.

1.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made due to technical error

• Payment deducted but subscription not activated

• Any proven system failure from our side

All such cases are subject to verification and approval by TarryQ.

2. Fees Payment Module (Student/Parent Payments)

2.1 Nature of Service

• TarryQ acts as a technology platform facilitator for fee collection between students/parents and educational institutions.

• Funds are processed through secure channels and/or nodal accounts as per applicable guidelines.

2.2 Refund Responsibility

• Refunds for fees paid by students/parents are the sole responsibility of the respective educational institution.

• TarryQ does not process or guarantee refunds for such transactions.

2.3 Dispute Handling

• Any disputes regarding fee payments must be raised directly with the institution.

• TarryQ may assist in providing transaction details for resolution.

3. Cancellation of Fee Payments

• Once a fee payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled through the platform.

• Any reversal or adjustment must be handled by the institution.

4. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

• If a refund is approved by TarryQ (in applicable cases), it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
