By accessing or using College Crafter (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Service

College Crafter is a SaaS-based platform providing digital solutions for educational institutions, including attendance, results, communication, and fee management.

TarryQ acts as a technology service provider and intermediary platform for fee collection and does not act as a financial institution.

3. User Roles

The platform may be used by:

• Educational Institutions (Primary ग्राहक)

• Students and Parents (End Users)

• Teachers and Administrative Staff

Each user agrees to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.

4. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

• Any activity under the account will be deemed authorized.

• TarryQ is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged based on selected plans.

• Payments must be made in advance.

• Subscription once activated is non-refundable (refer Refund Policy).

6. Fee Collection & Payment Gateway Compliance

• The platform facilitates fee payments between students/parents and institutions.

• TarryQ may use payment aggregators (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay) or manual collection methods.

• Funds may be processed via nodal accounts as per RBI guidelines.

• TarryQ does not hold or misuse funds and acts only as a facilitator.

7. Refunds & Disputes

• Subscription refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

• Fee payment refunds are handled solely by the respective institution.

• TarryQ is not liable for disputes between users and institutions.

8. Data & Privacy

• TarryQ collects and processes user data as per the Privacy Policy.

• Institutions are responsible for ensuring lawful collection of student data.

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, software, and branding are owned by TarryQ.

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• TarryQ is not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

11. Limitation of Liability

• TarryQ shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

  • Errors caused by third-party integrations

Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid.

12. Termination

TarryQ may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Non-payment of dues

13. Compliance with Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

• RBI guidelines for payment processing

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Payment Gateway & Transaction Terms

• Payments on College Crafter are processed through authorized payment aggregators such as Paytm, Razorpay, or equivalent providers.

• TarryQ does not store sensitive financial information such as card details, CVV, or UPI PIN.

• All transactions are subject to verification and authorization by the respective payment provider.

• In case of payment failure, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded as per the payment gateway’s policies.

• TarryQ shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from payment gateway services.

• Users agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with all applicable payment regulations.

• Transactions may be routed through a nodal account in compliance with RBI guidelines for intermediaries.
